We recently got our hands on AcornTech’s 15-11125 902-2090 Aluminium Thermostat Housing, designed specifically for 2015-2020 GM trucks and SUVs like the Silverado, Sierra, Escalade, and Tahoe. After installing it on our shop’s 2017 Silverado, we immediately noticed the superior build quality compared to the stock plastic housing. The CNC-machined aluminum construction feels robust and appears far less likely to crack under pressure or heat cycles.

Installation was straightforward with perfect fitment – all factory connections clicked into place without modification. The housing maintained proper operating temperatures during our 200-mile test drive through varying conditions, and we observed no leaks whatsoever.
