it is working properly right now As you can see the light is turned on right now and it has completed all its function right now Now the problem is that as you can see the indoor unit is giving the E6 error code LIGHTS OFF And now turn the camera light off and you can see the E6 error code turning the lights on As you can see the E6 error code and now we are going to repair it As you can see we have turn on the unit again as you can see it"s working on 16 temperature and there connections are also connected properly and the place from where I brought it for repairing was giving the same fault So the first thing we are going to check is that and as you can see this is a communication error and I have already made such videos, you can visit to my channel to see videos The first we are going to check is the communication As you can see we have connected the multimeter As you can see as we have set the multi meter to Dc voltages and as you can see it is working properly right now It's communication is absolutely fine as here is no fault or problem in it As the fluctuation of voltages is fine right now but still its not in working condition as we have check the electric here because here we have give the electric supply again from where we brought it, we asked the owners about the electric supply and they told us that the electric supply is absolutely fine And as you know that my first technique to check the unit is the physical test in the physical test the first thing I check is the capacitors the first smallest problem in the capacitor is as you can its sparked so its sparked and lets see what is going to happen first the first thing I can see here is the short circuit and there is some fault created by the capacitors but by opening the unit we will get to know more properly So now we are going to open the unit and tell you more about the fault in the PCB But except this as you can see so the indoor as according to my opinion is working properly right now As there is no fault yet as you can see the E6 error has appeared again on indoor So now the first thing we are going to check is the outdoor unit As I have already showed you that the capacitors are fused here so first we will check that but still if there is any fault so we will check the indoor and as you can see we have put the PCB out from the outdoor unit so now here we are going to test it So here the first point I already showed you is and you can see the short circuit And lets see what is gointg to happen But at this time the fault here we can see is that As you can see I have given the electric supply as we will give it the direct electric supply because the reason is that its turning on and going to its working condition So at few points we are going to check its position that what is the fault created in it as you can see we have given it the electric supply And now we are going to turn it on and now at few points we are going to check the fault and after checking it we will tell you more about the fault and as you can see we have turn it on And now here at this point as you can see that it has been switched on so just because of this I kept silence so it has been switched as we are going to check few points so for this the first thing required is the multi meter and except the multi meter the things required are I'll show you THE tester So first we will test it with the tester So our first point is that and as you can see this is its neutral point so on the neutral point we have to check the and as we know that the tester is not working at neutral but it has a line As you can see this is the line so this the line and we are going to check it So at this point the tester has to work and as you can see the tester light glows and as we remove our hand it stops to glow so it means that our electric supply is proper Here the first thing we are going to do is to set the ac voltages and after this we have to check the ac voltages first First we we will check it at this point and as you can see the voltage is 236 V and after this they will pass through the double line filter and after filtering the is again the 236 V And after this as you can see At this point I think so at this point As after opening it we will come to know more about it and I have to study about it again that what requirements are there because I have not open it yet so lets move forward to the next point and we will check it later And here as you can see the rectification is perfectly fine and as it is passing through the rectifier and now we will check the rectification in Dc and as there should be a boost in dc voltages as you see when we use a multi meter on it So it gives us 322 V in DC voltages and now we will change the position because the positive is in this side and the negative is on other and shows the correct voltage as well and now at this point we will check the capacitor as we were thinking that there is some posibility of short circuit here but here the position is absolutely fine and after we will check the capacitor they are also perfectly fine the second thing we are going to do is to check the IPM So this is the positive side of the IPM so we will change the lead otherwise it would give us the wrong reading and this the negative side of the IPM 322 V and absolutely 322 V and 322 V Till at this point the voltages are absolutely fine and we are going to check its other point at this point we are getting the reading of 1.48 V 1.3 V 1.4 V Here the fault is that the 15 Volts are not present here and we will check that where the 15 volts are present in the PCB from where they come and how they go so for this we have to study it first so after studying it we will proceed further So further we have open the PCB from its cover and as you can see that it is perfectly fresh from this side and this side is absolutely fine as well But only at this point there is some fault but still it is not in the working condition so now we are going to start it and tell you about the fault but we will tell you about that in our next video but the point that we are telling here is as you can see here the component that has been used here so about this compnent we will tell you in separate video with complete explanation about the line filter that are being used here and the one ferar core is used here So all about this we will tell you but in its explanation because today'e video was about the testing of the unit In the next video we will test it also and after repairing it we will show it as well So I will meet you again in other informative video……So keep watching Forever Tech
