First, confirm the stairlift is powered on Locate the red switch beneath the seat and press the solid line. Next, verify there is power to the outlet and that the charger is on, indicated by a glowing LED light. The Harmar Pinnacle is equipped with a safety feature that will not let the lift move if the seat is swiveled. Be sure the seat is locked into position as shown before attempting to move the lift.
