Ac Sensor | How to test Temperature & Coil sensor in Ac | Ac thermistor Testing | Ac sensor Check

You must give video 15-20 minutes to get information it is not a losing deal! Subscribe YouTube channel Forever Tech to get latest video updates Assalam-u-alakum Friends! I am Nadeem Robin and you are watching our YouTube channel Forever Tech Friends today its not a intro its a complete lesson Today I will teach you each and every point but on which topic?I may tell you Don't skip the video in whole video where you can see me , where you can hear me and where I am showing you components there you will get lesson Don't skip the video otherwise you cannot learn today I have gave a live changing moto to this video…a common person will learn but its specially for a technician a great opportunity to learn so subscribe our channel so that you can find our latest videos easily and press the bell icon that you may get notification of every video and today please do not skip the video! lets go to working table where i will teach you thoroughly friends now we are on working table now you can see all these things lying on table and will show you and teach you how it is and why it is? how can you check sensors or thermistors? and how can put in same value? and how can you know that sensor is faulty or PCB is faulty? now you can see that I have kept some things on the table these are some sensors this is hot and cold water this is digital meter sensor in which we will get to know the value and temperature and some are multi meters these things are to tell you that what are these things? we will teach you in detail and make more videos slowly and gradually now you can see we have different types of multi meters this is manual meter this is very useful but now I am only showing you and this is digital meters and this is clemp meter you can check ohms, mega ohms and kilo ohms and you can check ohms, mega ohms and kilo ohms in this too! same you can check in this too! these are different topics but just showing you can use these multi meters keep it on side okay! keep the clemp meter on side too now first of all we will talk about sensors…and what are its types? first of all I will tell you about this from here you will know and get life changing how it works and through which principal it works? when you will know about the basics I think after this if any brand or system comes infront of you ..you can check it easily and can repair easily if faulted now gonna tell you it has two types! first type is NTC and second type is PTC first of all we will talk about NTC NTC stands for Negative Temperature Cofficient NTC means when these sensors are present in sensors how will you know its purpose or its NTC or PTC? NTC value is whenever its temperature increases its resistance decreases same as itsvalue and temperature decreases goes towards minus(-) its value increases and its resistance increases thats why its called NTC sensor or NTC thermistor same as we talk about PTC PTC stands for Positive Temperature Cofficient In PTC when temperature increases its resistance increases too and when temperature decreases its resistance decreases too this works in reverse system..other works in other system both are different both have different reason and purpose both are in different models and different systems always remember this! then you can learn easily NTC and PTC differences after this we will talk about its sensors if you have learnt it..

After this you can easily check any sensor and can check its value either its faulted or not…I will tell you its method too! now you can see these things which i showed you before these are sensors which are always of different values now you can see this…this is 62.4 Kilo ohms we have put it in packets separately this is 4.87 Kilo Ohms this is 13.15 and 52 reason behind showing this? if suppose you have taken wrong value or high or low value sensor many of the room temperature and coil pipe sensors are of 4.87Kilo ohms its just an example it is not compulsory if you fitted 62 Kilo ohms sensor which you can see it will never work and will always show you error..okay! so thats why you have to check it I will tell you the method how can you check it Always of same value same power and remember always there is a link between temperature and value suppose its winters and if you will check it in winters its value will be according NTC and PTC principal and if you are checking its value in summers then always remember PTC and NTC so you can check it easily without any professional or wasting time you can check it now we will show you how to check it out i have told you about these things now we will keep it on side we have made this set up hot water cold water now will on its meter…okay! now you can see outside normal temperature is 34.6 degree as you can see now we will put it in cold water it will work frequently and will change its temperature now we will show you that its principal works or not now it has gone to 14 degree it has jumped now we have a pipe coil sensor which is used normally first of all we will check it normally normal value which is 35 degree ..how much value it has lets check it! as you can see its working here comes its value which is 3.512 Kilo Ohms always remember this Ohms, kilo Ohms and mega Ohms..it is a separate subject we will tell you about this now its showing 3.5 2 Kilo Ohms in normal temperature now we have to check it out that it works on NTC and PTC principal this is negative temperature cofficient sensor or thermistor I have put it in water its showing 11.2 degree now we will check on it now we will detect its value its value and resistance is increasing if its resistance increases it is NTC…Okay! because its working on NTC principal as temperature decreases its resistance increases we get to know this is NTC and is working right as its temperature decreases its value or resistance is increasing now its going to 8 as much we have cold water its temperature decreases as resistance will increase PCB or circuit will sense it now we will check it in hot water normal temperature again came to 35 degree when we will put in hot water as you can see now its temperature will change its temperature has gone to 45 degree as you can see frequently and might be more then this when we will check its value as you can see its showing 36.1..degree on 35 degree centigrade its showing 3.63 now we will put in hot water now it has gone in hot water ..now we will check its temperature how its working and its value and resistance should be low now resistance started decreasing as you can see 2.4 if you will have more hot water it will decrease more…it will become as the wire now its working this means its working on NTC principal so this is NTC thermistor or sensor so friends this demonstration was of pipe coil sensor same as you can check room temperature sensor not only this you can check any type of sensor through this method and PTC sensors you can check them through same method but have different principal just because I do not have such type of sensor available in my workshop so cant show you right now but has the same principal and method just as its temperature rises its value or resistance will rise too and when temperature decreases wso its resistance value decreases hopefully you enjoyed this video and will be useful for you and remember me in your prayers …meet you in next video
