support are you experiencing an E7 error code
the E7 error code means there is a mode conflict this applies to
residential multi-zone mini-split systems this mode conflict means one
controller is in a different mode than the other controller one is calling for
heating while the other one is calling like other manufacturers
this system will establish an error to clear the error go to all the
controllers and setup for one mode whether it be pulling or heating and
that will clear the air this will enable the system to resume its selected mode
